LEXINGTON, MA (Thomson Financial) - Visible Systems Corporation said it won a trademark infringement lawsuit against computer group Unisys Corp in the Federal District Court in Springfield, Massachusetts, and has been awarded 250,000 usd in damages.The jury found that Visible Systems has valid trademarks protecting the name 'Visible' in the market for software tools and services for modeling of enterprise software and systems.Unisys infringed Visible's registered trademarks by its widespread use of '3D Visible Enterprise' in the US.
