LIVERMORE, Calif. (AFX) - FormFactor Inc., a maker of semiconductor testing equipment, said on Wednesday it received a multi-million-dollar order to supply wafer probe cards to Hynix Semiconductor Inc.FormFactor's will ship the order in the first quarter this year. Its Harmony OneTouch probe cards will be used to test Hynix's flash memory wafers.Shares of FormFactor fell 88 cents to close at $40.65 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
