NEW YORK (AFX) - Standard & Poor's said Wednesday fashion company Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. will replace Comverse Technology Inc. in the benchmark S&P 500 index.Comverse is being delisted from the Nasdaq as it has delayed filing its reports with regulators while it investigates accounting practices of past stock options.Polo Ralph Lauren, part of the S&P MidCap 400, will be replaced by S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Frontier Oil Corp.HealthExtras Inc., a provider of pharmacy benefit management services, will replace Frontier Oil in the S&P SmallCap 600.The changes are effective after the close of trading on Thursday.On the S&P SmallCap 600, UniFirst Corp. will replace Digital Insight Corp. which is being acquired by Intuit Inc.
