TOKYO (XFN-ASIA) - Domestic sales of new cars, trucks and buses, excluding mini vehicles, fell 10.3 pct year-on-year in January to 233,066 vehicles, declining for the 19th straight month, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association said.Car sales last month were down 10.1 pct year-on-year at 200,953 as sales of buses fell 4.5 pct to 1,008 and truck sales dropped 11.2 pct to 31,105.Separately, the Japan Mini Vehicle Association reported that domestic sales of mini vehicles last month rose 2.4 pct from a year earlier to 138,269, increasing for the 13th consecutive month.(1 usd = 120.75 yen)kaori.kaneko@xfn.com
