DALLAS (AP) - USA Radio Network has agreed to be acquired by newly formed Life Media Network International, the broadcast company said Wednesday in a statement without disclosing financial details.Dallas-based USA Radio Network provides its services to more than 1,000 radio stations in the United States and around the world via the Armed Forces Radio Network. Its news and other programs can be heard on XM Satellite radio and over the Internet.'This move furthers the intent of what we founded, to go forward to a new level with the purpose to impact the nation through truth-based broadcasting,' said USA Radio Network President Mark Maddoux in the statement.He and his father Marlin Maddoux founded the radio network in 1985 to serve stations not serviced by major networks.Life Media wants to acquire other media assets in broadcasting, publishing and entertainment, according a USA Radio Network statement.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
