ING Real Estate sells Prague office, retail project for 37 mln eur

AMSTERDAM (AFX) - ING Group NV unit ING Real Estate said it has sold the office and retail section of its A7 Arena Holesovice project in Prague for 37 mln eur to Pramerica Financial unit FHA Czech.

The company said it will retain the residential section of the project, which includes 129 apartments and 26 loft apartments.
