US may impose anti-dumping tariffs on China copperplate paper - Xinhua

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - The United States is considering the imposition of anti-dumping tariffs on copperplate paper imports from China, the official Xinhua News Agency reported, citing the US Commerce Department.

The tariff on the Chinese imports is expected to be set at up to 99.65 pct.

The US is also expected to impose anti-dumping tariffs on similar products from Indonesia and South Korea at 10.85 pct and 18.45 pct, respectively, the report said.

In 2006 China exported 224 mln usd worth of copperplate paper to the US.
