LONDON (AFX) - Tanfield Group PLC said it has signed a 'significant' supply agreement with Marks & Spencer Group PLC, under which its trading division, Smith Electric Vehicles, will sell its Newton zero emission vehicles to Marks & Spencer.The electric vehicles maker said Marks & Spencer will deploy these vehicles in various city centre logistics operations, with a view to replacing its urban diesel fleet where pertinent.Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.newsdesk@afxnews.comtsk/nesCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
