London Stock Exchange says Bear Stearns ups interest in co to 10.2 pct

LONDON (AFX) - London Stock Exchange Group PLC said that Bear Stearns International Trading Ltd has increased its interest in the company to 10.219 pct after buying a further 1.29 mln shares.

Bear Stearns now has an interest in 21.79 mln LSE shres.
