Station Casinos sets executive pay |

WASHINGTON (AFX) - Station Casinos said Friday it will pay its chief executive the same base salary in 2007 as he received the year before.The company announced it will pay Frank Fertitta a bonus of $2.25 million for 2006 and a base salary of $2.25 million for 2007. Fertitta will be eligible for a bonus of $4.5 million in the coming year if the company meets certain financial goals. Station Casinos disclosed its executive's salary and bonus packages in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.The company's board of directors approved a 2006 bonus of $1.305 million for President Lorenzo Fertitta and a 2007 base salary of $1.74 million. Fertitta will be eligible for a bonus of $2.61 million in the current year. Chief Financial Officer William Warner will receive a 2006 bonus of $600,000 and a 2007 salary of $1.2 million.
