NEW YORK (AP) - Citi, the nation's largest bank, on Thursday said it bought Ecount Inc., a provider of corporate prepaid card products.Financial terms were not disclosed.Ecount's products will be integrated into Citi's global transaction services business.Ecount, based in Conshohocken, Pa., was established in 1997 and has more than 1,200 corporate clients across North America.Citi shares rose 71 cents to close at $51.08 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
