LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) - Tenneco Inc., a maker of emission control and other products, said Thursday Timothy R. Donovan is resigning as executive vice president and general counsel, effective March 16.Donovan, who also resigned his spot on Tenneco's board, effective Wednesday, is leaving to pursue another opportunity, the company said while giving no details.Donovan joined the company as senior vice president and general counsel in 1999.Tenneco shares rose 5 cents to close at $24.35 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
