DS Torm raises 2007 pretax guidance after completing sale of DS Norden stake

COPENHAGEN (AFX) - Danish transport group DS Torm said it has sold its entire stake in DS Norden for a total sum of 3.987 bln dkr (713 mln usd) and as a consequence has upgraded its 2007 pretax guidance to 700-800 mln usd from previously 140-160 mln usd.

DS Torm said its total gain from the investment in Norden including dividends has been 4.079 bln dkr (725 mln usd).
