Oesterreichische Post acquires Hungarian parcel logistics providers

VIENNA (Thomson Financial) - Oesterreichische Post AG said it has bought Hungarian parcels and logistics companies Road Parcel Logistics Services Kft and Merland Expressz Logistics Services Kft for an undisclosed sum.

Road Parcel Logistics Services and Merland Expressz Logistics Services expect combined sales of 7.5 mln eur in 2007, the Austrian postal company said.
