Wind Telecomunicazioni's rating affirmed after plans to refinance debt - Moody's

MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service said it has affirmed

Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA's corporate family rating at 'Ba3' after the

Italy-based company announced plans to refinance outstanding debts under its

existing senior and second lien facilities and to repay the 1.8 bln eur

payment-in-kind loan at Wind Acquisition Holdings Finance SpA.
