WASHINGTON (AP) - The Army said Friday it awarded a $48.2 million contract to Boeing Co. for advanced materials and remanufacturing of its twin-engine cargo helicopter.A Ridley Park, Pa.-based Boeing division will deliver advanced materials and reconfigure the CH-47 Chinook helicopter to match Boeing's latest MH-47G version.The work should be completed by Aug. 30, 2008.Boeing shares fell 23 cents to $86.80 in the aftermarket.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
