LONDON (AFX) - Wyeth said it has has purchased the 20 pct of Japanese joint venture Wyeth KK it did not already own from Takeda Pharmaceuticals Co Ltd for an undisclosed sum.The US pharmaceuticals company signed a deal with Takeda in May 2003 to take complete ownership of Tokyo-based Wyeth KK over several years.newsdesk@afxnews.comms1COPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
