ATHENS (Thomson Financial) - Greek refiner Hellenic Petroleum is considering tendering for a joint venture with Montenegro's state-owned oil company MontenegroBonus, according to reports in newspaper Imerissia.The tender, published April 7, is for the creation of a strategic partnership in which both MontenegroBonus and the winner will have 50 pct stakes, added the newspaper.Other interested parties are reportedly NIS, Lukoil, HOL, INA, Petrol and Canadian Bankers Petrol.Hellenic Petroleum currently participates in the Montenegrin market through its retail subsidiary JugoPetrol.Source: Euro2day.gr Newswirecheryl.novak@thomson.comcn/ambCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
