Siemens division names new CEO |

ATLANTA (AP) - Electronics and engineering company Siemens AG said Thursday it has appointed Dennis Sadlowski as the new chief executive officer of its energy and automation unit.Sadlowski will replace Aubert Martin, who is retiring after 40 years with Siemens.Sadlowski joined Atlanta-based Siemens Energy and Automation in 2000 as a vice president. Previously he worked at General Electric Co.Siemens Energy and Automation makes and markets electrical products and services to industrial and construction companies.Shares of Siemens dropped 39 cents to $123.31 in midday trading Wednesday.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
