BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Four candidates, including real estate company Cofinimmo SA, are set to make a bid for Belgian brewer Inbev SA's real estate unit Immobrew, financial daily De Tijd reports.According to the paper, other interested parties include Dutch peer Breevast and two 'Anglo-Saxon' real estate funds.Inbev said in May that it planned to sell its majority stake in Immobrew, saying that 'our core business is the brewing and selling of beer, not the management of real estate, we would rather leave that to a specialist.'Low interest rates and a strong real estate market will have a positive impact on the sale of 1,177 cafes in Belgium and 1,400 in the Netherlands, but the declining number of cafes could somewhat dampen the prospects of a lucrative deal.antonia.vandevelde@thomson.comava/sljCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
