RTL seeks partners, acquisitions to expand Internet-TV presence |

FRANKFURT (AFX) - Bertelsmann AG's RTL Group unit chief executive Gerhard Zeiler told the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung he wants to find foreign partners or make acquisitions in order to expand the company's presence in the growing Internet-based television market.'We are interested in all companies that, in the broadest sense, are involved in digital television,' Zeiler told the newspaper.He added that RTL is not seeking partners in Germany, where it has already created its own 'Clipfisch' video platform.alfred.kueppers@afxnews.comamk/abrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
