VIENNA (AFX) - Intercell AG said it has been granted regulatory approval to begin a clinical phase II study on its Japanese Encephalitis vaccine on children in India.In cooperation with its partner Biological E Ltd, the dose, safety and immunogenicity of the JE vaccine will be compared to the existing local vaccine given to children between the ages of one and three years in endemic regions, Intercell said.fiona.flanagan@thomson.comff/jsaCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
