Infogrames more than 25 pct owned by BlueBay

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - BlueBay Asset Management has increased its stake in Infogrames Entertainment above the 25 pct level and as of Dec 20 it held 25.72 pct of capital and 25.64 pct of voting rights in the video games producer, according to a notification published by bourse regulator AMF.

BlueBay, acting on behalf of funds it manages, holds 330.36 mln Infogrames shares and has 131.97 mln warrants to buy further shares, the AMF said.

In addition, the fund manager has underwritten the company's 150 mln eur convertible bond issue, the stock market watchdog noted.
