Cheyne Finance appoints Edwards, Kahn and Dargan as receivers of co

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Cheyne Finance PLC said it has appointed Nick Edwards, Neville Kahn and Nick Dargan of Deloitte as the receivers of the structured investment vehicle.

The company said its investment portfolio made a major loss and an enforcement event was triggered on Aug 28 as a result.

Cheyne Finance is managed by Cheyne Capital Management Ltd, which is responsible for purchasing assets, managing the portfolio, and overseeing the issuance of CP and medium-term notes.
