SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - ESPN, a unit of Walt Disney Co., and Microsoft Corp. said Monday they have signed an agreement that will add full-length games, television shows and video game programming to Microsoft's Xbox Live network on Xbox 360.Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.Xbox Live users will be able to download college football and basketball games, shows and documentaries, the companies said.'This is a natural fit for us, as so many Xbox 360 owners are huge sports fans,' said Ross Honey, Microsoft's senior director of the media and entertainment group, in a statement.Disney shares fell 5 cents to $33.87, while Microsoft shares dropped 27 cents to $36.79.Gabriel Madwaygm/jwCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
