Condesa becomes Tubacex' leading shareholder with about 9 pct - report

MADRID (AFX) - Tube manufacturer Condesa has becoming Tubacex SA's leading shareholder with just over 9 pct, el Correo reported, citing unnamed market sources.

According to the newspaper, Condesa acquired a further 3.3 pct of Tubacex through its investment vehicle Bagoeta from other shareholder Atalaya, which has cut its stake to 5 pct.
