MADRID (AFX) - E.ON AG CEO Wulf Bernotat said he has 'no impression to date of any collusion' between Endesa SA core shareholders Acciona SA and Caja Madrid.Speaking to the local radio station Cadena Ser, Bernotat said E.ON does not know what Acciona's final decision will be with regard to its 21 pct stake in the Spanish utility.At a press conference here on Saturday, Bernotat said E.ON has not entered into further talks with key shareholders Acciona and Caja Madrid since it submitted its improved 38.75 eur per share offer for Endesa on Friday.He said talks with Acciona 'would be useful,' without providing any details on when the two parties might continue their discussions.Bernotat said he will meet Industry Minister Joan Clos today.afxmadrid@afxnews.comjdy/ped/gpCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
