China MoF to focus on implementation measures for unified income tax |

BEIJING - China will work to launch a unified income tax for foreign and domestic companies with a program of legislation and the drafting of implementing rules, the Ministry of Finance said.'We will actively work on legislation to combine the two levels of corporate income tax,' the ministry said in a statement.'The aim of these measures is to ensure fair competition among enterprises and to allow Chinese enterprises to grow bigger and stronger... and for expansion of domestic demand and sustainable development,' the statement added.will.davies@xfn.com
