DENVER (AP) - Dancers in fishnet stockings, an aerial acrobat and band members wearing elaborate costumes surprised Tom Green as he broadcast the 112th episode of his live, late-night call-in show on ManiaTV.com.Green normally broadcasts from his living room in California, but with the 100th episode long gone, Denver-based ManiaTV brought Green to its studio this week for the 112th and arranged the surprise guests for Green, who improvised his way through an episode that ran nonstop for well more than an hour.'TV is dead,' Green proclaimed after the scatterbrained episode Thursday. 'You can't do what we are doing on television.'Green, who twice had shows on MTV, criticized television for going for ratings, including putting Anna Nicole Smith on the air for years.'It doesn't all have to be about the tabloid sensation of the week.
