LONDON (AFX) - Cater Allen International Ltd said it has bought 28,283 shares of Arla Foods UK PLC, Britain's largest supplier of milk to supermarkets, at 7.075 stg each taking its holding to 6.27 mln shares or 1.02 pct in the company.On Jan 22, Arla Foods UK confirmed its 51 pct shareholder Arla Foods amba made an agreed offer of 71 pence a share for the remaining 49 pct stake in the business, thus valuing Arla Foods UK at 434.5 mln stg and the minority 49 pct stake at 212.9 mln stg.newsdesk@afxnews.comssr/pmi/nesCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
