Japan's Mitsubishi Motors 9 mths to Dec net loss 11.8 bln yen vs loss 68.1 bln

TOKYO (XFN-ASIA) - Mitsubishi Motor Corp's nine months to December 2006 results:

Revenue - 1.54 trln yen vs 1.53 trln

Opg profit - 6.4 bln yen vs loss 18.2 bln

Current loss - 6.4 bln yen vs loss 33.8 bln

Net loss - 11.8 bln yen vs loss 68.1 bln

Loss per share - 2.14 yen vs loss 15.44

Mitsubishi Motors provided the following forecasts for the year to March 2007, which are unchanged from the earlier projections:

Revenue - 2.23 trln yen

Opg profit - 43 bln yen

Current profit - 21 bln yen

Net profit - 8 bln yen

(1 usd = 120.28 yen)
