PARIS (AFX) - Abertis Infraestructuras SA has no plan to increase its 32 pct stake in Eutelsat Communications to above one third of the satellite operator's capital but doesn't rule out partnerships with other shareholders in the next 12 months, the Spanish group said in a statement to bourse regulator AMF.In December, Abertis said its telecoms arm had agreed to buy a 32 pct stake in Eutelsat for 1.070 bln eur, or 15.5 eur per share, making it the leading shareholder.The purchase was agreed with Eutelsat investors Texas Pacific, Spectrum, Cinven and Goldman Sachs.Andrew.Newby@Thomson.comanCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
