Danish shares higher mid-morning; AP Moller, Carlsberg rising |

COPENHAGEN (AFX) - Share prices were higher in mid-morning trade, led by Carlsberg which reported improved efficiency in its breweries in the Balkans, and AP Moller-Maersk after shares in Asian container lines surged on news of better freight rates, dealers said.At 10.37 am, the OMXC20 index was 2.09 points higher at 475.33 and the OMXCB Benchmark index was up 1.61 points at 452.93.Carlsberg B was up 7.00 dkr to 609.00 while AP Moller-Maersk gained 400.00 dkr to 59,800.00.Jyske Bank was up 5.00 dkr to 454.00. The bank reported strong figures for the full-year 2006 earlier in the morning. However, the result was close to investors' expectations. Shares in Novo Nordisk rose 6.00 dkr to 517.00, whileColoplast, which presents its first-quarter report on Thursday, gained 4.00 dkr to 508.00. H. Lundbeck gained 2.50 dkr to 171.50.
