LISBON (AFX) - Promotora de Informaciones SA, known as Prisa, controls 73.7 pct of Grupo Media Capital SA after its 7.40 eur per share takeover bid for the Portuguese media group, Euronext said.Prisa is now expected to launch a second bid for the remainder of Media Capital's share capital, to comply with stock market regulations.The bid is expected to be launched at about 8.30 eur per share, the average price of the stock in the last six months.Before the offer was launched, Prisa owned 33 pct of Media Capital.
