Wolters Kluwer sells 25.9 pct stake in Sdu Uitgevers for 85 mln eur

AMSTERDAM (AFX) - Wolters Kluwer said it is selling its 25.9 pct stake in publisher Sdu Uitgevers BV to parent to Sdu NV for 85 mln eur.

The information services company bought the stake in Sept 2004.

Wolters Kluwer said it had no operational involvement in Sdu Uitgevers.
