Greece's Lamda Development agrees to buy Bulgaria's TIHI for 13 mln eur |

ATHENS (AFX) - Greek households chemicals and goods company Lamda Development announced that it has reach a preliminary agreement to acquire Bulgaria's TIHI Ltd and the 6,300 square metre plot of land it owns in Sofia, Bulgaria, for 13 mln eur.Lamda plans to develop a 30,000 square metre retail and office complex on the land, with the total investment most likely reaching 30 mln eur, it said.This is Lamda's third investment in Bulgaria over the past six months and is in line with its announced 400 mln eur investment plan.Source: Euro2day.gr NewsWirecheryl@euro2day.grcn/harCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
