MarketAxess Feb. volume of $32.3 billion

NEW YORK (AP) - MarketAxess Holdings Inc., which operates an electronic trading platform for bonds, on Tuesday said February trading volume slipped 1.5 percent from January levels.

February volume totaled $32.3 billion, up from $24.84 billion a year ago, but below January's $32.8 billion.

Volume for the latest month includes $18.5 billion in U.S. high-grade volume, $9.1 billion in European high-grade volume and $4.7 billion in other volume.
