NEW YORK (AP) - BCE Inc, Canada's largest communications company, said Tuesday it has begun talks with another investor group about possibly taking the company private.The new group includes Teachers' Private Capital, the private investment arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and Providence Equity Partners Inc.The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board reported it raised its stake in BCE to 6.3 pct in a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.In late May, BCE said it was in talks to sell the company to Cerberus Capital Management LP and a group of Canadian investors.BCE said it is continuing to review its strategic alternatives, which it expects to complete in the third quarter.BCE's US-listed shares rose 0.06 usd to close at 36.97 usd on Tuesday.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comwjCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
