PARIS (AFX) - The Paris administrative court has suspended the award process for the contract to manage outdoor advertising and a bike-rental network for the city of Paris, won last week by Somupi, a joint venture owned by JCDecaux and Publicis Groupe.Rival Clear Channel Communications, which lost out on the award, last week filed a lawsuit claiming 'irregularities' in the attribution of the contract.Clear Channel said doubts about procedural considerations prompted it to seek confirmation that competition rules relating to public tenders were duly followed.paris@afxnews.comafp/mrg/harCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
