(updating to add TUI spokesman comments)FRANKFURT (AFX) - German travel agency Alltours cancelled 70,000 out of 200,000 airline seat bookings with TUI AG's newly created airline TUIfly for this summer's vacation season, confirming an earlier report.Alltours and competitor Rewe disapproved of the integration of TUI's German airlines Hapagfly and Hapag Lloyd Express (HLX) units into TUIfly.Alltours said previously that it will book more seats with German charter airlines LTU, Air Berlin and Condor, which is a joint venture owned by Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Karstadtquelle AG.Rewe in February told a German newspaper it is reviewing its contracts with TUI. The German retailer said it does not want its travellers to fly in 'planes with the TUI logo.'A spokesman for TUI could not confirm the cancellation. He said Alltours' overall 'bookings represent about 3.5 pct of TUIfly sales. Seventy thousand seats are only about half of the contingent and we could fill those seats again with our own marketing.'patrizia.kokot@thomson.compk/mas//cmrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
