SAN DIEGO (AP) - ImageWare Systems Inc., a maker of identity management products, on Wednesday said it signed a three-year royalty-based licensing agreement with Honeywell Security, a maker of security products.Financial terms were not disclosed.ImageWare said the agreement allows Honeywell Security to integrate its biometric enrollment and identity proofing, as well as card management and other products, into Honeywell's own suite of products.Honeywell Security, a unit of Morristown, N.J.-based industrial manufacturer Honeywell International Inc., will offer its products that use ImageWare's products to federal government agencies and others.ImageWare shares rose 32 cents, or 15.1 percent, to $2.44 during premarket electronic trading after closing at $2.12 on the American Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
