PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Casino Guichard-Perrachon said it has purchased an additional 21.9 pct stake in Colombia's largest food retailer, Exito, for a total of 236.3 mln eur, taking its total holding to 61.5 pct.In a statement, the group said it will maintain the existing shareholders' pact with Colombian partners which hold a 19.5 pct stake in Exito.Exito will be be fully consolidated in its accounts as of May 1 this year, Casino said.The Colombian food retailer posted sales of 2.8 bln usd in 2006 and an EBITDA of 220 mln usd.vicky.buffery@thomson.comvb/ejpCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
