FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - General Dynamics Corp. on Monday said one of its business units won a contract worth up to $11.7 million from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.The five-year deal will support the National Coastal Data Development Center, which provides key information for environmental conservation and planning.General Dynamics Information Technology will provide onsite technology services for ecosystem-related information at the John C.
