ITLA Capital raises quarterly dividend

LA JOLLA, Calif. (AFX) - Bank holding company ITLA Capital Corp. said Wednesday its board of directors approved a 1 cent boost in its quarterly dividend, to 16 cents per share.

The company did not disclose payable or record dates.

ITLA shares rose 37 cents to close at $59.77 on the New York Stock Exchange.
