Bayer receives EU approval for continuous infusion of its Kogenate treatment

FRANKFURT (AFX) - Bayer AG said it Bayer HealthCare unit has received EU approval for continuous infusion of its Kogenate treatment for hemophilia A patients undergoing major surgery.

Bayer HealthCare is the first to be granted the 'continuous infusion' indication by the European Commission for all EU countries, said the company in a statement.
