Donaldson to expand India facility

MINNEAPOLIS (AFX) - Donaldson Co., maker of air and liquid filtration systems and parts, said Thursday it is expanding its manufacturing facility in India.

The company said the move will triple the size of its engine and industrial filtration business in India. The company did not disclose how much the expansion would cost, what it would entail or how long it would take.

Representatives at Donaldson could not immediately be reached for additional information.

Shares of Donaldson fell 7 cents to $35.38 on the New York Stock Exchange in afternoon trading.
