(AP) - Five Ohio pension funds and the Bureau of Workers' Compensation will receive $144 million to settle a securities fraud lawsuit against Time Warner Inc. following its 2001 merger with America Online:-- State Teachers Retirement Fund: $66.6 million.-- Public Employees Retirement System: $62.3 million.-- Bureau of Workers' Compensation: $8.1 million.-- Police and Fire Retirement System: $4.2 million.-- School Employee Retirement System: $2.6 million.-- Highway Patrol Retirement System: $290,700.Source: Ohio Attorney General's Office.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
