Germany's Glos rejects Deutsche Bahn railway privatisation draft law - report

FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Economy Minister Michael Glos has rejected a draft law on the privatisation of Deutsche Bahn AG railway and has demanded that it be revised, Sueddeutsche Zeitung said, citing ministry sources.

The report said this would mean that Deutsche Bahn's schedule for an IPO next year would likely be delayed.

The Transport Ministry has drafted the law and planned to formally present it to the cabinet before the summer break.
