LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Plaza Centers NV said it has completed the handover of Poland-based Rybnik Plaza and Sosnowiec Plaza shopping and entertainment centres to French property group Klepierre SA at a higher amount than previously disclosed.The company said the combined market value of the properties now stands at 90.1 mln eur, an increase of 18.6 mln eur.Plaza Centers said the gains from the sale would be included in its forthcoming interim results, which will also report an updated net asset value statement.It added that it would benefit from valuation increases of about 7.5 mln eur and 12 mln eur on Poland's Lublin Plaza Centre and Czech Republic's Plzen Plaza Centre respectively which have also been pre-sold to Klepierre.It has also agreed to the sale of Hungary-based Duna Plaza offices to Klepierre for 14.2 mln eur, Plaza Centers said.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comrba/pmi/slmCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
