LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Speymill Macau Property Co PLC said it has postponed the arrangement to finance the development of a luxury residential tower in the Bel-Lago in the Nam Van reclamation area due to a delay in the process of applying for and receiving certain building permits. The Macau-focused property investment company said it has agreed with the developer that it may look to pursue this project at a later date, subject to agreeing revised terms satisfactory to both parties. The manager remains firmly optimistic about the outlook for the Macau property market and the company has a pipeline of other projects which are currently under negotiation, it added.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comtsm/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
